Lifetime Warranty

TotalFBO® is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects. Packages come with 90 days of FREE installation support, which includes unlimited telephone service, support website access, discounts on classes and onsite training, access to Horizon's emergency service line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and all program updates and additions during that period.

You may extend your CustomerCare™ Plan to an annual basis by choosing one of three CustomerCare™ service plans.

When requesting service:

• You may be asked to provide your license number at the time of service.
• Please limit after-hours calls to those emergencies that cannot be postponed until the next business day.
• Toll-free telephone number usage not included in service plans.
• Does not include reconciliations, data entry, or related accounting services
  (see Reconciliation Projects for more information).

Off-Service Support:

Off-service telephone support is limited to business hours only and requires a credit card number for payment. This support is charged at $1.99/minute. Fax, email, and website response is subject to charge upon review.

• Emergency service is not available.
• Business Hours Only: M-F 9-5 CT, except Thursdays 9-12 and 4-5.
