Payment may be made by check or credit card.
In anticipation of your attendance, various expenses are being incurred in your behalf.
Among others, these include guaranteed payments for materials, equipment, hotel and support personnel.
Accordingly, reservations cancelled prior to August 25th may receive a 50% refund of admission price.
Failure to cancel after this date, failure to cancel at all, and no-shows are non-refundable.
